Project Manager

What You Will Do:
In this role, the Project Manager shall direct the necessary services toward fulfillment of all the client requirements. The Project Manager shall provide numerous support services requested, to include:

Assist with new technology purchases.

Assist with procurement.

Provide one-on-one computer support to client personnel on as needed basis

via desk side, email, or phone.

Perform report generation when needed per the client.

Perform data entry when needed per the client.

Perform database queries when needed per the client.

Create and update Graphics per the client.

Consultation of AV equipment upgrades and locations, and room layouts.

SharePoint Support.


What You Will Need:

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

GED or High school diploma

TEN (10) or more years' experience with computer instruction, training material and curriculum development, and/or leading in-person training

THREE (3) or more years' experience in project management and/or agile methodologies


What Would Be Nice To Have:

An ACTIVE and CURRENT DEA Public Trust

Experience with Federal Government, DoD, or Intelligence Community customers
