Project Manager
Job Title:Project ManagerJob description:(PMP/Certified Scrum Master, Preferred but not required)Top 3 skills required:1. Financial disclosures and provide updates,2. Leads and manages medium sized projects that normally fall within scope of experience/expertise. Key Responsibilities:• Typical tasks at this level are indicated within the competency section (above), however, a summary of high level main responsibilities are.• All aspects of project management for medium size/complexity project (incl. risk, change management, planning, tracking etc)• Defines, documents and safely performs of medium size projects, directing and counseling project team members, and advising clients/users as necessary on all phases• Liaises with other managers within the IS and ICT functions and within the business; manages expectations for projects• Ensures that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed.Essential Background Requirements:• Setup and provide good Cadence meetings to resolve and control issues• Has 3-5 years prior (IT related) project experience of leading small to medium sized projects• Is able to manage projects/services in English and has an intermediate English Level (Atos University)• Able to take on projects in which are upgrades or refresh efforts with ease and professional work ethics• Has a proven record of realistic estimation and demonstrates the financial/cost awareness along with the customer facing and behavioral skills to take responsibility for medium size projects or multiple level projects (With introduction of repeatable approaches)Required Skills:• Understand and have worked in an Outsourcing environment (At least 3 years experience)• Ability to work with cross-functional teams• Ability to accept accountability and ownership for desired results• Proactive work habits, requiring minimal supervision and management• Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and other project management tools including basic PC applications• Outstanding interpersonal and problem solving skills• Outstanding presentation skills (written and verbal) and executive presence• Ability to work independently and with local/remote teamsDesired Skills:• Project Charter• Master Project Control Plan• Issue Logs• Risk Management Mitigation Planning• Quality Management• Status Reporting• Project Change Control• Change Log• Operational Acceptance• Performance Acceptance• Lessons Learned Documentation• Root Cause Analysis"
