Oversee all administrative aspects of projects, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints. Utilize spreadsheets to track project progress, budgets, and other key metrics. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

Company has a total of 5 consultants and 2 project managers. Work schedule is 32 hours per week. Hybrid work environment with onsite requirements for client meetings and one day every other week in the office. Onsite training required on the first day. Computer equipment is provided. Collaborative, small team environment where project managers have input into project selection. Positive feedback from team members, strong connection, and passion for the work. Great opportunity to get a foot in the door with a reputable company. Busy period expected in January with the possibility of more than 32 hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $45.00
