Project Manager
**Summary/General Description Of Job:** The WSBOS Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for the operations and maintenance contract with the US Navy leading a diverse team of ~over 200 employees to meet or exceed the contract requirements. This is a facilities support indefinite quantity with recurring work/ firm fixed price (FFP) and non-recurring work/indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) provisions contract. The PM will work with the NAVFAC NW customer in a model of extreme partnering to meet the needs of the warfighter and deliver the mission of the US Navy. The WSBOS Program Manager will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the contract including Safe Operations, Financial performance, Technical performance, and overall performance. The PM will be responsible for sustaining an outstanding customer relationship through effective communication. The PM will facilitate team members professional development consistent with the needs to deliver outstanding contract performance. The PM will be responsible for delivering management, financial, work execution, environmental, and quality processes on the contract and identifying and deploying continuous improvements throughout the contract term. The PM will maintain effective communication internally to the company to ensure the highest levels of contract delivery for the customer. The PM shall be onsite and available during normal duty hours. The PM will work closely with HR to recruit, hire, develop and retain talent. Safety is an absolute and as such, the PM will work proactively with the customer and corporate and onsite Safety Leadership to ensure all employees have the required safety training, personal protective equipment, and that appropriate policies and procedures are in place to promote our Beyond Zero safety culture and prevent injuries and incidents. **Essential Duties & Job Functions:** • Works with members of senior management team to set the overall strategy and objectives for the program. • Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) • Analyze key performance metrics. • Attends assigned meetings to cover weekly job progress meetings; issues meeting minutes during design. • Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) • Manage project development from programming through completion in accordance with program objectives. • Manages all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects. • Prepares resource estimates and complies with overall budget limitations. • Provide strategic guidance. • Develop efficient strategies and tactics. **Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations):** **Mandatory** • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, construction management or related degree. • Minimum Five (5) years’ experience leading contracts of similar size, scope and complexity. • Experience with Microsoft Office required. • Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and comfortable speaking in group settings. • Must be capable of passing DoD security background checks, able access and drive on DoD facilities . • Must pass company drug screening and pre-employment physical requirements. • U.S. Citizenship. • Experience with NAVFAC contracts preferred.
