Description We are searching for a meticulous Project Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, working in the field of crisis intervention and community outreach. This role is a permanent employment opportunity, focusing on providing emergency services, substance abuse treatment, and outreach to those affected by human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. Key responsibilities: • Facilitating crisis addiction assessments and coordinating referrals for treatment services. • Establishing communication channels as the primary contact for clients in crisis situations. • Initiating and maintaining outreach programs in rural areas for addiction services. • Coordinating with local service providers to ensure clients have access to emergency services. • Developing and managing individualized goals for clients through efficient case management. • Ensuring all records and documentation are maintained accurately and consistently. • Organizing and delivering training programs for community partners and schools to raise awareness of trafficking issues. • Adhering to all legal and internal policies to maintain the integrity of the role. • Arranging transportation or coordinating services as required. • Demonstrating flexibility in work hours, including availability during evenings and weekends as necessary.
