Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the successful completion of each project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project budgets and schedulesEnsure all project team members are meeting project objectives and deadlinesFacilitate communication between team members and clientsOversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specificationsCreate and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change ordersManage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plansQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with experience in multi-family and high-rise building constructionStrong knowledge of Procore and other project management softwareExperience with design-build projectsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
