What You Will Do:Manage complex, medium to large-scale projectsLead large, cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDevelop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionAssist in the estimate of resources and participants needed to achieve project goalsDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathAssist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverablesDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentationsAssist in the management of changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansServe in a technical and scientific leadership role in the exploration of new initiatives, planning of strategically important proposals, and execution of project developmentResponsible for ensuring the technical solutions and schedules on the assigned project(s) are implemented in a timely manner

What You Will Need:At least SEVEN (7) years of relevant experienceUS Citizenship is contractually required for this roleMinimum Degree: Bachelor'sProven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional resultsExcellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detailAbility to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasksCapability to manage multi-task projectsExperience analyzing and defining system requirementsAbility to facilitate meetings and present topics to diverse groups of functional and technical staffAbility to work independently with minimal directionAbility to anticipate and respond to management and client needsProficiency in all MS Office toolsClient-facing experience with internal and external clientsExperience coordinating teams with different schedules


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Project Management certification preferredProgram Management certification preferredAzure cloud Fundamentals AZ-900 certificationPayment processing experience preferredAgile experience preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
