Job Description
Monarc specializes in both new construction and interior renovations, including embassies, multi-family, commercial, and interior fit-outs. The Project Manager ensures projects are profitable and delivered on time while building and maintaining good relationships with owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
ResponsibilitiesLiaise between owners, design team, and subcontractors.Ensure and confirm trade Scope of Works (SOWs) are clear and accurate.Forecast project profit accurately.Coordinate directly with Superintendents on manpower needs, SOWs, and sequence of work.Produce schedules.Administer contract obligations.Ensure subcontractors are paid on time for monies earned.Coach and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.Essential SkillsProject managementConstructionConstruction managementRenovationStrong communication skills to communicate with subcontractorsProficiency in MS Office Programs & Building Connected Pro SoftwareExperience with change orders and RFIsCommercial construction experienceAdditional Skills & Qualifications5 to 10 years of experienceProficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office softwareWork Environment
Construction fast-paced environment, deadline-oriented, and requires a high level of ownership for errors. The culture in the office and on-site is one of collaboration and teamwork. Everyone works closely together to ensure deadlines are met efficiently and with high-quality work. Work on-site as needed and in the office as needed. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00
