Project/Task Manager

Our work depends on a Project/Task Manager joining our team to evolve and maintain network infrastructure for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration.

HOW I WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

•    Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management
•    Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting
•    Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality
•    Manage the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts
•    Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
•    Manages risk management and tracking process
•    Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison
•    Coordinates development of deliverables and products
•    Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
•    Manages medium to large teams working on complex technical projects
•    Use and continually develop leadership skills
•    Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery
•    Act as Scrum Master where the contractor will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes, working collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
•    Work closely with the development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
•     Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Substitutions will be based on additional years of experience)
•    Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience 
•    Required Technical Skills: Project Management, People Management, Deliverables Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Planning, IT Project Management
•    Security Clearance Level: DOE Q or TS
•    Required Skills and Abilities: Written and Oral Communication; Organization, Problem Solving, Communication, and Teamwork.
•    Location: Albuquerque, NM (Hyrbid)
•    US Citizenship Required
