The goal of this position is to provide operational support for a major studio. It serves to support the team and engineering manager with daily functions within the team.
- Assist with day-to-day functions such as meeting notes, action item follow-ups, and project communications.
- Assist with identifying risks and establishing risk mitigation plans.
- Provide editor-type role in qualifying that the weekly status updates are easily understood and clear with appropriate levels of details for executive consumption and action.
- coordinate and schedule calls for projects - specifically when leadership is required (Director and above).
- Assist with communicating and operationalizing new features and capabilities for toolsets - JSM
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
