PProLogistix is hiring for a Project Manager! Oversee production for a workforce of 100-150 associates! Estimated 16 week project! (Resume Required for Consideration)

1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm $30/hour Hourly Pay! No mandatory overtime, voluntary available if/when business allows! $100-$200 referral bonuses! Bring a friend to your workforce!

As a Project Manager, job responsibilities include: 

Oversee and manage a workforce of 100-150 warehouse associates. Track associate’s attendance and production. Maintain client communication and answer questions. Daily planning and delegating to your team to ensure project stays on schedule and is successful. Coordinating with your management team to train new hires. Managing excel sheets and reporting metrics for clients to track project progress including completion percentage, units per hour, daily head count, daily attendance rate, etc.

Job requirements include:

High school diploma/GED required, advanced learning/college education in business or management related field preferred. Experience in people management required. Experience in data reporting/excel required. Previous Project Manager experience a plus.
