Project Manager
Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing a portfolio of pension-related projects and programs. This role ensures alignment with organizational standards and strategies while adhering to PMO-defined methodologies, best practices, and tools. The Project Manager will oversee all project management functions, including scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communication, while fostering strong relationships with business unit leads and leadership teams to meet project goals effectively. This position involves managing medium- to large-scale projects or multiple small-scale initiatives and supporting PMO efforts. The role also includes directing project teams and ensuring the implementation of best practices for project management to drive successful outcomes. The Project Manager will report to the Delivery Leader, Director of Project Delivery, or Director of Support Services, taking full accountability for achieving project objectives, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and aligning with broader organizational goals.
