Job Title: Project Manager - Public Safety Architecture
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide design and leadership for a large-scale Public Safety project in Baltimore, MD. This role involves managing the production of deliverable documents through the Schematic Design, Development Design, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration phases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and experience with public safety projects such as police stations and fire stations.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the production of deliverable documents through the Schematic Design, Development Design, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration phases.Participate in programming, planning, and design for a large-scale Public Safety project.Review documents for quality control and ensure ongoing compliance with standards.Oversee and manage Construction Administration phase work.Provide project management, design, and leadership for the conversion of the Baltimore Sun HQ into a Public Safety facility.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Experience with public safety projects, including police stations and fire stations.Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Licensed Architect (NCARB preferred).Previous experience leading a team in design and supervision of deliverables.Strong history of working with state/local agencies, subcontractors, and consultants.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with construction documentation.Familiarity with housing projects and construction processes.Ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver high-quality results.Work Environment

The role is based in a Class A office space in the 100 N Charles Tower on the 18th floor, offering a panoramic view of the city. The company has five studios with 75 employees in Baltimore, covering a range of sectors including housing, interiors, graphics & signage, commercial, and international projects. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, providing opportunities to work on high-profile projects across various locations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $60.09
