What You Will Do:
Leads and supports Process Excellence COE projects, delivers timely results, tracks improvements, ensures control, and maintains accountability.Seeks out and quantifies process-improvement opportunities.Assesses and identifies risk to fulfill the defined objectives.Identifies organizational barriers; works with Deployment Leaders, respective functional managers, or Process Excellence COE Leader to recommend and implement solutions.Assesses and critiques resources for projects. Participates in project selection process, determines benefits, recommends resources/team members.Organizes, plans, reviews, & communicates status of projects managed.Coaches and mentors operational teams in project management (as needed).Trains and mentors project team members in project management methodologies.Models operational excellence, visibly demonstrating leadership/change management behaviors.Networks with internal/external resources to bring best practices to the projects/organization.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6-8 years of professional experience; or advanced degree with minimum 4-6 years experienceFormal project management experience or proven skills, preferably in Finance or Global Business ServicesRelocation assistance not available for this rolePreferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree preferredRelevant experience in Finance or Global Business Services processes including working knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Record to Report, Order to Cash, Source of Pay, etc.Green Belt/Black Belt trained and certifiedStrong interpersonal skills with demonstrated skills to influence decision makers and motivate team membersSelf-driven, outcomes oriented performerProven success initiating change and ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Excel and PowerPointFluent in local language and capable in EnglishOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
