Job Description A client in the Houston, TX area is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This person will be managing 3 existing projects, that are ranging in size, and 1 new project. The Project Manager will be working with multiple product teams, with several team members sitting internationally, and will frequently need to coordinate communication to people outside of product teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing several software projects from end-to-end, as each project is in varying stages of development. He/She will apply developed subject matter knowledge to build relationships, proactively consult, manage projects end-to-end, prevent delays, develop new ideas and solutions, help grow the business, and effectively represent the organization. This person will need to be flexible and willing to go onsite in the Houston, TX area as needed and will have an hourly pay of $68-$73/hour. Skills and Requirements 2-5 years' experience as a Project Manager Experience in IT projects, software development projects, and oil & gas drilling projects Excellent communication skills Experience with projects that have multiple established software development teams (3-4 teams of 10 people).
