Project Manager - Contract - Princeton, NJ
Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager to join a dynamic team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to support project teams and leads in delivering tasks and deliverables according to project specifications, including budget, timelines, and scope. This role is highly cross-functional and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in commercial, economic, scientific, or related field.Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Mergers & Acquisitions is advantageous.Experience in project management or consulting is beneficial.Strong presentation and structured communication skills.Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with a willingness to enhance skills.Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.Ability to work flexibly under tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
The Project Manager's responsibilities will be:
Support the integration lead by executing tasks and workstreams in alignment with expectations.Identify and structure issues, applying hypotheses and facilitating problem-solving sessions.Prepare project plans with draft milestones and meet deadlines with high-quality output.Facilitate data gathering and capture notes from interviews with internal and external stakeholders.Structure and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to support recommendation development.Prepare slides using structured communication approaches.Create project structure through meeting minutes, scheduling, and ensuring appropriate meeting cadence.
