Job Description
The Project Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external resources to ensure the successful completion of projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating customer resources, overseeing project timelines, and managing quality and value engineering. This role involves working with large corporate restaurant and retail clients to develop and execute project plans effectively.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients to define goals, objectives, and expectations.Develop and manage project timelines with department heads.Coordinate the resources needed to achieve design intent, quality, and value engineering.Monitor prototype development, production, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.Collaborate with client representatives to develop corrective actions.Identify quality and value-engineering opportunities with engineering and production departments.Ensure good flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.Develop cost and pricing estimates.Manage inventory to maximize turns and reduce waste.Work with subcontract resources, including visiting locations and conducting quality checks.Engage with clients to gain more share of their business.Essential Skills3-5 plus years of experience in client-facing project management within the store fixtures, millwork, casework, or building construction industry.Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a leadership role.Ability to read architectural drawings for understanding of interior finishes and millwork needs.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level analysis.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Global Shop ERP system is a plus.Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction, Architecture, Millwork, Woodworking, or Fixture Design is preferred.Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role with hybrid flexibility. The work environment includes a very clean manufacturing floor and an office space that looks like a showroom, featuring custom wood paneling, tables, and industrial fixtures. The office overlooks the production floor with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $41.00
