Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager Job Description We are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team. We have been awarded several sizeable public projects, including a K-12 school and a university. We seek a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of managing substantial projects in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, and compliance with all contract and corporate policies. Responsibilities + Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. + Ensure project completion is on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract and corporate policies. + Serve as the primary contact between the project team and the company. + Communicate directly with all project staff, consultants, and clients. + Create and manage project budgets and schedules. + Train and mentor junior staff. + Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. + Handle contract administration, RFIs, change orders, submittals, procurement, financial projections, and schedule requirements. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role. + Experience working on public projects, including dealing with officials, inspections, and paperwork. + Strong experience in K-12 and higher education projects. + Experience managing projects over $10 million. + Proven ability to create and manage budgets and schedules. + Experience training and mentoring junior staff. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in construction management, change order management, and commercial construction. + Skills in project coordination, construction documentation, project engineering, and document control. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $64.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
