Project Manager
Job Description SUMMARY The Project Manager is responsible for all phases of managing requirements, development and test timelines, communicating with business stakeholders and sponsors, and insuring delivery priorities are met for the business. The individual will lead multiple IT/technical projects simultaneously across omni and enterprise efforts including but not limited to marketing projects, POS web development, supply chain, accounting, Azure, API, DevOps, and other projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.  Oversee design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment of technical projects  Create project outlines and timelines and distribute responsibilities to team members  Facilitate daily stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and drive resolution of any issues and risks that the team may be experiencing  Remove project obstacles, develop solutions with the team  Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle  Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners  Document progress and communicate to upper management and stakeholders  Take responsibility for successful product delivery  Communicate project status, issues, costs, and risk mitigation efforts to leadership  Assist in UAT as necessary We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 1-3 years of experience in project management  1-3 years business experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES  Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team building  Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands  Knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence  Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met  Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: o Project Management tools  Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools  Azure Dev Ops  Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level  Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view BS in a business or technical field preferred depending on experience level. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
