Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects within a program, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves coordinating efforts across various teams, managing resources, and driving the successful delivery of initiatives on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy: Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, tasks, resource allocation, and budget management, milestones, and deadlinesStakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing schedule, changes, training , regular updates on program status and addressing any concerns.  Facilitates meetings to align the team to methods and goals to track  tasks.Risk Management: Identify potential risks to program success and develop and implement mitigation strategies.Resource Coordination: Ensure effective resource allocation across projects to include budgets and hours to the project, addressing any resource conflicts or shortages and adjusting allocations when necessary. Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success and drive continuous improvement. Administer Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) system to develop data for performance tracking and compliance reporting.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.Proven one to two years of experience as a Program/Project Manager or in a similar role.Knowledgeable of maintenance and reliability best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in computer software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Accruent,).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Collaborative and fast-paced environment.May require occasional local travel for meetings or site visits.
