Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the refresh and update of our Supplier Code of Conduct. This role is crucial in ensuring our suppliers adhere to our high standards of ethical conduct, compliance, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, familiarity with supply chain practices, and an understanding of ethical compliance standards.
ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to update the Supplier Code of Conduct, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources required. Manage project budget, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts from internal functions, including legal, communications, compliance, procurement, and supply chain teams, to gather input and align on requirements. Engage with internal leaders to ensure that our Code and supplier messaging reflects enterprise goals and objectives. Engage with external stakeholders, including suppliers and industry experts, to ensure the updated Code reflects best practices and emerging trends.Code of Conduct Review and Update: Conduct a thorough review of the existing Supplier Code of Conduct to identify areas for improvement. Research industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure the updated Code meets or exceeds current expectations. Draft and refine updated Code provisions, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.Implementation and Training: Develop and execute a rollout plan for the updated Code of Conduct. Create training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams and suppliers. Develop communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of the updated Code to all relevant parties.Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and present findings to management. Address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation and adjust strategies as needed.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.PMP, or similar project management certification.Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in the context of compliance or ethical standards.Strong knowledge of supply chain management, ethical sourcing, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with stakeholder management.Knowledge of sourcing strategies and global impact integration.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00
