Job Title: Project Manager – Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings Fabrication & Erection 

Client: Ambassador Supply  

Location: Brookshire, Texas 

Compensation: $80,000 – 100,000

Position Summary:  

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of pre-engineered metal building projects from awarded project to delivery and erection. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and project management expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:  Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.  Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.  Define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.  Act as the main contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.  Translate client requirements into actionable project plans.  Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and quality delivery.  Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee change orders.  Approve and process invoices aligned with budgets and contracts.  Maintain project schedules and implement corrective actions for delays.  Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet timelines.  Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.  Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections.  Lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.  Provide training, support, and performance evaluations.  Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.  Follow safety protocols to minimize site incidents.  Prepare project status reports and maintain documentation.  Use project management tools to track progress effectively. 


Required Qualifications: 

High School Diploma/GED  Minimum three (3) years in a Project Manager role    Strong knowledge of pre-engineered metal building systems, fabrication processes, and erection techniques.  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.  Ability to visit and work on various construction sites which may necessitate exposure to various weather conditions. Must have the ability to walk, stand, stoop, crouch, squat, bend over, climb and lift at least 50 lbs.   PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.  Candidates who are familiar with (e.g., MBS, Bluebeam, Procore, Tekla -3D / BIM Models, Smartsheet’s,), and MS Office Suite.
