Caterpillar’s MineStar Implementation Team PMO within the Resource Industries Sales, Services and Technology (RISST) division is hiring a Project Manager in Malaga, Spain. As a **Project Manager** , you will be responsible for managing complex projects and the deployment of caterpillar mining technology products. Your key responsibilities will be the development of scope documents, development and managing a project plan and schedule, and monitoring progress whilst navigating issues and risks. You will follow classic project management methodology and will also be involved in commercial proposals and support. You will have the chance to visit mining sites throughout Europe, Africa, and Eurasia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies ranging from complex applications that drive productivity to fully autonomous vehicles operating on both the surface and underground environments. Learn more about the products you will have the opportunity to work with at Cat® MineStar™ Solutions | Cat | Caterpillar (https://www.cat.com/en\_US/by-industry/mining/minestar-solutions.html) **What You Will Do:** + Lead the execution of small to medium-scale technology implementation projects. + Align, lead, plan, and manage resources for implementing project activities; own and manage input to the Implementation Project Plan. + Understand trade-offs to maintain enterprise perspective and customer focus while planning and executing activities supporting implementation projects. + Participate in quoting and collaboration on tender responses. **What You Have:** + Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. + Tactical and Strategic Planning: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan. + Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes. + Effective Communications, Collaborating and Problem-Solving skills. + Demonstrated project management experience working with technology. **Additional Information** + The position requires office presence in Malaga. + Travel time: 20%. + A valid Spanish work permit is required. + You should submit your CV in English. ​ **NB.
