Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description Design in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop for new construction and interior renovations. Our project types include commercial offices, retail, industrial, data centers, secure government facilities, institutional facilities, laboratories, restaurants, and breweries. Provide schematic design through construction administration. Responsibilities + Take projects from proposals to design through construction administration. + Partner with a wide variety of customers and subcontractors. + Provide schematic design through construction administration. + Manage drawing production and ensure the quality of design deliverables. + Mentor and manage 1-2 internal team members. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited four-year college or university. + 15+ years of experience working in an architecture/engineering firm. + Skilled in all aspects of the design process, from schematic design through construction administration. + Strong AutoCAD (5 years preferred) and/or Revit capabilities. + Experience with Sketchup (5 years preferred) and Photoshop. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Construction experience is a plus. + Professional computer skills. + Ability to provide own transportation to local project sites. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
