Project Manager
Job Description As a contract resource on the Supply Management team, youll play a crucial role in performing project manager responsibilities in support of our HR initiatives. You will be supporting an HR system migration project ensuring a large group of individuals meets all deliverables on time. Day to Day: Manage key HR projects using widely accepted project methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile/LEAN, SDLC) Apply project management tools and methods to manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, resources and suppliers Work closely with HR leadership, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external parties to integrate plans and coordinate execution for large cross-functional projects requiring multiple work-streams and sub-plans Conduct cost-benefit Analysis for projects, validate cost and benefit assumptions with stakeholders, resource managers and process owners Conduct written and oral project updates for senior management and business leaders This position can pay from 40-50/hr. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree or Military experience Minimum of 5 years project management experience Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and lead customer focused projects across organizational boundaries Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills Strong communication -- oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills Demonstrated experience interacting & collaborating with business areas in gathering, documenting and developing business scope for projects Results oriented, ability to meet and exceed objectives and handle multiple deadlines and priorities Strong analytical and business problem solving skills Prior experience with large IT related projects and business transformations PMI (Project Management Institute) CAPM or PMP certification Experience using MS Project and Visio (or related platforms) at intermediate to advance level Prior experience with Benefit transformation projects Experience with Fidelity or benefits servicing in transformational projects null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
