We are currently seeking a talented and motivated **Project Manager** for a Full-Time remote position. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct functional analysis, gather requirements, and configure HR systems to meet business objectives. + Develop detailed functional specifications, data mappings, and configuration tables. + Coordinate with multiple teams to manage interdependence and ensure timely delivery. + Analyze complex HR business functions and develop innovative solutions using systems like SAP HCM and SAP S4/HANA. + Oversee development projects, ensuring all deliverables align with organizational standards. + Communicate effectively, providing clear updates and documentation to stakeholders. + Use Agile tools like VersionOne and IT service platforms like ServiceNow to track and manage progress. **Required:** + PMP Certification is desirable to demonstrate project management proficiency. + Minimum of 3-5 years in software development, with a focus on HR systems and project management. + A four-year degree in the applicable field is preferred.
