Project Manager

As a contract resource on the Supply Management team, youll play a crucial role in performing project manager responsibilities in support of our HR initiatives. You will be supporting an HR system migration project ensuring a large group of individuals meets all deliverables on time.
Day to Day:
Manage key HR projects using widely accepted project methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile/LEAN, SDLC)
Apply project management tools and methods to manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, resources and suppliers
Work closely with HR leadership, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external parties to integrate plans and coordinate execution for large cross-functional projects requiring multiple work-streams and sub-plans
Conduct cost-benefit Analysis for projects, validate cost and benefit assumptions with stakeholders, resource managers and process owners
Conduct written and oral project updates for senior management and business leaders
This position can pay from 40-50/hr.
