Project Manager

An award-winning Architecture and Engineering firm in northwest Indiana is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale projects in industrial, government/federal, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors. They will work on-site and in-office, managing various aspects of construction projects to ensure successful completion.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage large-scale construction projects ranging from $5-50 millionCoordinate with mechanical, electrical, commercial, and architectural/design teamsSpend 25-50% of the time on construction sitesProduce drawings or assist with drawings as neededMark up documents using BluebeamUtilize Microsoft Office for project management tasksConduct site investigations using 360 cameras, distometers, force meters, etc.Travel within the Midwest and Northeast regions for project needs

Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture, Construction, or EngineeringExperience as a Project Manager on large projectsExperience with industrial, commercial, government/federal, distribution, and light manufacturing projects is preferredAbility to observe, report, take pictures, and create daily field reportsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelExperience in mechanical and electrical fields

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00
