About you: As a Project Manager, you will be a key part of our customer experience team, ensuring that every HVAC installation project runs smoothly and provides our clients with a stress-free, high-quality experience. You will work closely with the Sales and Installation teams, managing project details from start to finish. Responsibilities for the Project Manager: + Deliver Excellence: Go above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience aligned with our company’s core values. + Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from booking to installation with professionalism and care. + Coordinate Seamlessly: Schedule sales calls, manage installations, and work with external contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly. + Guide Customers: Assist with financing, permitting, rebates, and scheduling, making the entire process hassle-free. + Maintain Relationships: Regularly check in with customers throughout the process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. + Support the Team: Help with administrative tasks, dispatching teams, tracking KPIs, and managing payments.
