Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and diligent Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the market research industry and fluency in German. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Role Description
Plan, complete, and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, research, sales) to ensure project alignment and resource allocation.
Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members.
Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with industry regulations and company standards.
Analyse project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Role Requirements & Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the market research industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills!
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
