Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for serving as a liaison between the asset health management team Program Managers and external contractors, and will be in charge of managing the entire project life cycle.
* The PM will be overall responsible for managing the division of project responsibility between the company and external contractors.
o Once engineering package is received, they will communicate with engineering teams to decide if they will handle internally, or they want to source it to external contractors.
o If they decide to source it out, the Project Manager will communicate with external contractors to go over scope and price
* The PM will be responsible for scheduling consistent check-in's with company's internal teams or external contractors to make sure work is getting done and is able to get done, and work is being done on time according to the project schedule
* The PM will own meetings, agendas, and action items and be prepared to present to stakeholders
Process Management:
1. Hold company's internal teams and external contractors accountable to project baselines; make sure change orders and/or revisions are addressed in a timely manner when appropriate and necessary
2. Develop, review, and coordinate the project schedule, budget, and outages
3. Coordinate construction activities with company's internal crews and contract crews, as needed
4. Track and approve contractor invoices
5. Handle all project close out activities
Team & Stakeholder Engagement:
* Conduct follow-on sessions as needed to close action items and/or work through additional topics
* Plan sessions to help address issues and/or escalations
