Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search for a Project Manager in Oakbrook Terrace, IL This Project Manager role is hybrid and paying $65/hr The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. They oversee all aspects of a project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Responsibilities for Project Manager may include: · Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. · Leading project teams and coordinating activities to ensure that project goals are met. · Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks. · Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status. · Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget. · Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. · Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and external partners. · Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to drive project progress. · Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. · Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes. Experience needed for the Project Manager · Project Management experience (3+ years) · Utility experience (Electric, Gas, or Water) or Civil construction experience or Engineering experience directly working on Utility installation/relocation projects · Experience reviewing Contract Proposals/Bids · Should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be proficient in project management software and tools. PMP Required The pay rate for this Project Manager is $65/hr., plus overtime as needed.
