Description
Qualifications
· The ideal candidate would be based out of ZSC Enterprises’s Atlanta office
· 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience
· Experienced in QSR construction
· Candidate with a GA, AL, FL General Contractor license is preferred but not required
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
· Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
· The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution
· Responsible for Dunkin, Baskin Robbins & Popeyes Remodel & New store Construction management
· Responsible to complete the project within the given budget & deadline
· Candidate will work with senior management and act as the focal point of contact for vendors & clients
· Coordinate and manage key relationships with all parties
· Manage project budget and schedule in coordination with company management & stakeholders
· Create and execute on benchmarks for success throughout the life of the project
