Job Description Day to day:  Oversee financial reporting projects and ensure timely delivery.  Ensure understanding of key concepts to deliver project outcomes effectively.  Reviewing financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, preparing and presenting reports to senior management, monitoring compliance, collaborating with other departments to gather information, and identifying potential issues or areas for improvement within the reporting process.  Pro-actively engage with business owners to assess reporting/analytical needs. Articulate clear plans for execution, maintain regular communication, and adhere to time sensitive deadlines.  Position team members to optimally use business knowledge and technical skills; delegate tasks accordingly, provide adequate guidance, and manage projects successfully to completion.
