As a Project Manager on the Billing Strategy & Design team, you’ll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation.
WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projectsGaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementationEstablishing project management processes and software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum and Waterfall) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standardsMeeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reportsCreating reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changesTracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectivesYou’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you’ll manage project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts. You’ll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Project Management: 2 or more years Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience Skills: Proficient with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and software development lifecycle tools and processes (Agile or Scrum methodologies, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, Jira, etc.)Abilities: Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including JiraPreferred Qualifications
