Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects. This individual will help drive projects on time, within scope, within budget, and meeting project goals. You will develop project plans, goals, and objectives, and define project milestones to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Responsibilities + Develop project plans, goals, and objectives. + Define project milestones, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. + Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders. + Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, progress, and challenges. + Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. + Identify the resources needed for assigned projects. + Coordinate with functional leaders to identify resource needs and resolve conflicts. + Identify potential risks and issues within the project and develop mitigation strategies. + Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. + Develop and manage the project budget. + Track project expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness. + Prepare financial reports and forecasts as needed. + Ensure projects adhere to quality standards + Plan and execute project quality control processes. + Contribute to best project management practices and maintain project management discipline. + Develop and deliver project status reports to management and stakeholders. + Utilize metrics and KPIs to assess project performance and implement improvements. + Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. + Ensure all change requests are properly documented and communicated. + Provide leadership and direction to the project team. + Mentor and support the professional development of team members. Essential Skills + 8+ years of experience with new product development. + Experience launching products from concept to completion. + Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, or Engineering + Open to all industries except Construction Additional Skills & Qualifications + PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMP (Program Management Professional) certification. + Engineering experience. + Master’s degree. + Experience with metals, vinyl, and materials. Work Environment The projects will be related to windows, patio doors, and siding (vinyl/metal). This position offers a hybrid or onsite work arrangement. The work environment includes a standard office setting attached to manufacturing facilities. This individual will report into the Supply Chain and support projects related to engineering design. Our Client is a leader in exterior building products for residential and commercial remodeling and new construction markets, producing and distributing essential building products across North America. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56.00 - $62.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
