Job Description - A medical device company in Irvine, CA is looking for an IT Project Manager to join the team. As a project manager, your primary responsibilities will include assigning and tracking tasks to ensure timely completion, planning and running meetings to keep projects on schedule, and maintaining clear communication with a wide array of stakeholders, including vendors and software companies. Youll manage support tickets for QAD and Salesforce, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Your role will involve thorough documentation and note-taking to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, all while supporting an agile, lean project environment. This role is a 6-month contract and available fully remote working PST hours.
