ENERCON’s Data Center Mission Critical Group provides premier engineering support to the Data Center industry. The Data Center Mission Critical group focuses on new build projects and retrofit projects supporting the latest technology and development of Data Center campuses across the world.

Client & Team Relations: Demonstrate professionalism and dedication, providing exceptional service to both clients and teammates, while fostering positive relationshipsProject Leadership: Lead projects by collaborating with technical colleagues to develop detailed engineering proposals, managing schedules, and executing recovery plans when neededProject Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive work plans, risk management strategies, communication plans, and work breakdown structures to ensure smooth project executionScheduling & Financial Management: Oversee project schedules, apply advanced scheduling tools, and manage the financial health of projects, ensuring timely reporting and performance trackingTeam & Resource Management: Manage engineers, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality deliverables, while supporting internal standards and resource managementClient & Business Development: Maintain strong client relationships, manage project scope, and support marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and identifying new opportunitiesContract & Project Oversight: Plan, implement, and supervise client contracts, ensuring successful project execution, while traveling to client facilities as needed Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical industry as a project manager or engineerBachelor's Degree OR PMP Certification and 6 years applicable experienceSkilled in cost / workhour estimating and proposal development and reviewCapable of reporting on and managing scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects executing simultaneouslyKnowledge in earned value management and progress reportingExperienced in contract and non-disclosure agreement language development and reviewAbility to understand and work with budget and accounting processesStrong coordination and team building skillsExcellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skillsAbility to read and write technically and coherentlyEffective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teamsWorking knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel between 10%-15% of the time which may include fieldwork; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs

Salary Range

The salary range for this full-time position is below. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

Pay Range USD $93,100.00 - USD $147,200.00 /Yr. Additional Information
