Our client in the Morrow, GA area is looking to hire a Project Manager for their location. This position will assist the General Manager by managing all aspects of a project from start to finish. This will include overseeing drafting personnel and coordinating all CAD drawings for job submittal. The ideal candidate must be able to show a working knowledge of AutoCAD including architectural drawing, modifying, creating, and editing blocks, and creating page layouts. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred when talking to others to convey information effectively.

The Day-to-Day:

Revise drawings and incorporate any changes marked up on returned submittals, including installation requirements and attachment methods.Will assist with the release of projects to the plant in the form of shop tickets for fabrication, a complete list of piece and part numbers, quantities, etc.Provide layout drawings for tracking. Issue change order requests and relay information to the plant for fabrication.Assist in tracking all the costs of projects - create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Assist in coordinating projects to meet scheduled delivery dates and budgets. Maintain good relations with all project team members.
