Job Posting: Project Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from initiation to completion. Reporting to the Area Manager, this role ensures projects stay within budget and on schedule, while adhering to all relevant project documents and local, state, and federal standards. The Project Manager will manage relationships with Owners, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors, and collaborate internally with other departments and the Operations Team, upholding our core values at all times.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Attend meetings during the bidding process.Assist in finalizing project documents and contracts.Lead project meetings such as Kickoff, Progress, and Reviews.Set up Cost Codes and prepare HCSS Budget for download into Heavy Job and Viewpoint.Develop Baseline Schedule in P6, including Resource and Revenue Loading.Manage the Payment Application process with Clients.Code and process invoices from Subcontractors and Vendors.Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.Identify and notify changes in conditions as per contract procedures.Update Purchase Orders and issue Subcontractor Change Orders as needed.Provide timely Monthly Project Status Reports using Heavy Job, and share results with the Superintendent and Area Manager.Communicate labor and equipment needs for project success.Coordinate large material orders and subcontractor management with the Superintendent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.5 years of experience in a commercial construction environment, with a preference for civil experience.Proven track record of safety application in a construction environment.Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.Strong prioritization and task execution skills.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented and organized.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
