Description

This role is responsible for managing projects across all company locations and subsidiaries. Project Manager II is responsible for creating and maintaining various types of project management documentation. Responsible for managing multiple small to large projects including reviewing/ensuring scope definition, constructing a project plan, including but not limited to, a project schedule, communications plan, quality plan, implementation plan, and risk management plan. The Project Manager must have ability to lead, manage, and coordinate both business and technology resources to ensure projects and services meet and/or exceed goals, and are completed within established time frames and budget requirements.

Facilitate and lead various types of meetings and presentations.Manage multiple small to large scale projects in accordance with the Project Management department’smethodology.Identify clearly the project's scope, business requirements, approach, stakeholders, schedule, risks, acceptancecriteria, and more.Form and lead core teams of cross-functional/cross-subsidiary subject matter experts, build accurate projectschedules, track tasks and report on project progress until the product, service, and/or capability is tested andlaunched.Integrate all aspects of the project, ensure that the proper knowledge and resources are available when andwhere needed and ensure that the expected results are produced in a timely, cost-effective manner.Escalate significant issues identified by project teams.Perform timely and accurate project status reporting to all project stakeholders.Maintain a repository of all project-related documents for use throughout the project.

Bachelors Degree Required

PMP Cert PREFERRED

Background in Industrial or Commercial construction is needed

Life science, laboratory, or pharma background is a major plus (If no construction. PM in these industries works great.)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
