Summary The Project Manager owns project execution within AAA and is focused on scope, time and cost of project delivery. This role develops detailed project plans and manages all processes throughout the project lifecycle including research / analysis, planning, people resources, tracking progress, monitoring change control process, implementation, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery. Essential Functions • Contribute to collaborative, multi-disciplinary project team efforts in an agile environment including running agile daily stand-ups. • Manage medium scale, cross-divisional projects with budgets of $2 to $10 Million • Deliver critical projects with focused discipline and planning, on time, on budget to meet business goals • Execute projects using standard AAA MWG methodology for defining, tracking, communicating and delivering measurable business benefits. Improve methodology and tools over time • Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate all aspects of the project life cycle; analysis, plan, build, test, implement, and training • Facilitate project team, communicate early and often. Work with project team to mitigate project risks and balance the business needs versus technical constraints • Lead whiteboarding sessions, driving to deliverables, meeting with stakeholders, partners, and executives. • Provide timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders; hold regular cross-organizational management briefings. • Maintain meticulous records of project and program financials, issues, risks, decisions, and schedules. • Report on project progress. Review performance highlights, details, problems, risks, changes and next steps. • Prepare detailed budget estimates including seeking approval. Monitor project activities to determine if budget revisions are necessary. • Reconcile outstanding transactions ─ resolve disputes including disputes with vendors or suppliers and pays all outstanding bills. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues. • Effectively identify and resolve any issues throughout the project life cycle. Analyze problems, recommend solutions. Distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions • Control project changes by collecting relevant information, evaluating the performance compared to the plan; share the results. •Employs a structured change management approach, leveraging industry-standard tools to ensure successful implementation of project changes. • Plan transition and full operationalization of the project • Conduct a post-project evaluation. Assess project results, activities and processes Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Excellent leadership, organizational and time management skills (Required) • Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments (Required) • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and recommend solutions (Required) • Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels (Required) • Ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns (Required) • Basic knowledge of GSuite/MS Office applications (Required) • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. (Required) • Ability to communicate your ideas and solutions in simple language (business jargon not needed) to your team, and executives. • Fast learner of new and different technologies, like Google to collaborate. • Experience with or understanding of agile methodologies for project delivery • Experience with change management strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted (Preferred) Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 3-5 yrs. of project experience in a consulting firm / environment. 2+ years of experience leading full life-cycle projects, consisting of multiple business units, $500,000 in budget • 3-5 yrs. identifying resistance and performance gaps, and working to develop and implement corrective actions • 3-5 yrs. of experience training others to use process, organization, change, and/or learning improvement methodologies #LI-VB1 #VIC_RX We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $107,687.00 - Mid: $134,608.00- Max: $161,528.00 -
