SUMMARY As the Project Manager/Designer you will be responsible for the conceptual design, estimating, and project management of customer orders and ensuring compliance with internal processes while achieving project timelines and targeted profitability. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs and at managements discretion. + Prepare project designs and plans while integrating engineering elements for factory production or city submittal + Communicate relevant project information to engineering, sales team and clients about project status and issues + Identifies project risks and ensures mitigation plans are in place, working to resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner + Create, and communicate project plans to internal and external customers + Manage projects through bid, build, completion, and invoicing + Manage budget of costs for projects + Generate purchase orders to vendors + Manage project list with live updates for all open project timelines + Generate bill of materials detailing piece counts, costs, installation duration + Conduct trouble shooting observation in the field of project installations + Conduct City inspections with clients + Assist with site visit surveys to gather building data necessary for permitting/installation + Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Requirements : + Bachelor's degree in related field highly desired or equivalent work experience + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline + Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task + Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Suite, Dynamics/CRM, and ability to learn other internal applications + Valid Driver's License/Acceptable Driving Record + Forklift operator experience preferred + Personal attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Even Temperament, Integrity, Problem Solving
