The role!

Project managing non-technical engagements from pre-sale opportunity to successful project execution. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, RAID logs and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Manage and monitor project scope and budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are achieved. Leading the project execution by working closely with cross-functional teams to complete deliverables within scope, schedule, and quality aligned with customer experience objectives. Leading project financial management requirements, including evaluation of change requests, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and project change notices. Supporting the client relationship management efforts by building a great relationship with our clients, becoming the client’s advocate within Bond, and delivering with excellence. Establishing an effective and efficient communication plan that includes timely documentation of project status, risks, and solutions to both the clients and internal stakeholders. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Being a strategic partner by constantly looking for ways to innovate and implement best practices in project management and customer experience to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Project Manager Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders Proficiency in program management software and tools such as MS Dynamics and MS Project Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
 

Additional Requirements:

PMP, or similar project management certification is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel as needed
