Onboard new clients and set up their accounts on the company’s online systems. Implement change management as needed and assess the impact of the change on the project budget, scope, and schedule. Schedule and lead steering committee meetings and strategy meetings. Oversee quality requirements of IT projects and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain project quality. Utilize project management tools including Microsoft Project and Jira. Manage and support project coordination using Microsoft Office tools, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
