Description We are in the transportation industry, situated in Los Angeles, California, and we are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager. This role is crucial in our team as it involves working with both IT and public transportation business units, aligning technological initiatives with business goals, and driving the implementation of IT solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to identify technology solutions that address operational challenges and improve service delivery • Design and implement IT systems for passenger information, fare collection, scheduling tools, and fleet management • Ensure scalability and compliance with regulatory standards in all IT solutions • Align technology roadmaps with business strategies, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and alignment with both short-term operational needs and long-term strategic objectives • Translate business needs into IT solutions and drive collaboration between IT and business leaders • Leverage your knowledge of transportation management software systems, ERP, CRM, GPS tracking, asset management, and passenger information systems • Use your experience with Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, Agile Scrum, and ITIL Processes to enhance project management • Implement change management strategies and oversee budget processes • Utilize AB Testing methods to ensure the efficacy of IT solutions.
