Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will manage small and medium-sized projects through completion, including work performed by internal and external resources. This role involves managing the overall client relationship from the initial assessment of client needs, through design concept presentations, and final delivery of the project while ensuring a positive client experience. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal and external project teams to ensure compliance with design concepts and timely completion of documents. Additionally, the role entails working with design and technical teams to shape and understand the design concepts, presenting and working with clients for approved design concepts, and establishing and ensuring adherence to set budgets.

ResponsibilitiesManage small and medium-sized projects to completion.Oversee the overall client relationship from initial assessment to project delivery.Coordinate with internal and external project teams to ensure compliance with design concepts.Work with design and technical teams to shape and understand the design concepts.Present and work with clients for approved design concepts.Establish and ensure adherence to set budgets.Inform Sr. PM or Project Director and/or client of any potential budget variances and make appropriate modifications.Manage collections for assigned projects with clients and inform Finance Manager of any issues with timely collections.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.Assign tasks, oversee work, and provide feedback to staff assigned to the project.Manage and develop a team of 3 to 5 individuals.Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Architecture, Design, or equivalent required7 to 12 years of post-graduate experienceRevit knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite/TeamsPrevious project management experience for commercial workplace projectsKnowledge of materials, furnishings, and construction methods related to interior architectureKnowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirementsCorporate workplace interiors experience is highly preferredExperience writing and negotiating contracts for services, consultants, and contractorsAbility to resolve contract and administration issues within the established design contextAbility to communicate effectively, manage, and lead team members internally and externally with all levels of staffInterior project experience over exterior/ground-up projectsPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.60 - $52.88/hr.
