A global design firm located in Chicago is looking to add an Interiors Project Manager to their team!
Job Description:
Manages small and medium sized projects to completionManages overall client relationship from initial assessment of client needs, through design concept presentations and final delivery of projectCoordinates with internal and external project teams to ensure compliance with design concept and timely completion of documentsWorks with design and technical teams to shape and understand the design conceptsManages collections for assigned projects with client and informs the Finance Manager if there is an issue with timely collectionsIdentifies and pursues new business opportunities with existing and potential clientsWill be assigning tasks, overseeing work and providing feedback to staff assigned to projectsWill be managing and developing a team of 3 to 5 individualsQualifications:
Bachelor of Architecture, Design or equivalent required 8+ years of post graduate experience Revit knowledge Deltek Vision experience Previous project management experience for corporate/workplace interiors projects is required Knowledge of materials, furnishings and construction methods related to interior architectureKnowledge of building systems, codes and ADA requirementsExperience writing and negotiating contracts for services, consultants and contractorsAbility to resolve contract and administration issues within the established design contextAbility to communicate effectively, manage and lead team members internally and externally with all levels of staffPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.60 - $52.88/hr.
