The individual will be responsible for coordinating the procurement process, maintaining project budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Facilitate procurement processes in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. • Utilize CRM for managing customer records and resolving inquiries. • Engage in negotiation of vendor contracts and monitor performance for compliance and quality. • Oversee administrative work, including specification entry and request for bid submittals. • Maintain project schedule, proactively monitor project progress, and coordinate activities for smooth operations. • Assist clients in making informed business decisions by providing relevant information in a comprehensible format. • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively seeking input, recommending solutions, and resolving issues through independent thinking. • Oversee accounting work, including maintaining billing documentation for clients. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a procurement role • Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing customer relationships • A strong understanding of budget processes is required to control spending and increase efficiency • Expertise in buying processes is necessary to ensure the smooth acquisition of goods and services • Excellent customer service skills are needed to maintain positive relationships with suppliers • Experience with invoice processing is required to manage payments effectively • Ability to read blueprints is crucial for understanding technical specifications of products.
