Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee our Guard Force Operations in Washington, D.C. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of our clients through effective management and coordination of our security personnel. Responsibilities What You'll Get To Do: Lead and manage all aspects of guard force operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Develop and implement security strategies, protocols, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Supervise, train, and mentor security personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Coordinate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of security operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards. Prepare and present reports on security operations, incidents, and performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to security operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications You'll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in security management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven experience supervising 70 or more officers. Experience in managing multi-state operations of regional offices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Estimated Salary/Wage Up to USD $130,000.00/Yr.
